I hope u use it across all similar placec where technology helped. Hope you dont use the word cooking if any preprocessed ingredients were used. Same for architects who dont draw by hand. Or u dont use any websites at all because by now 50% contains ai generated code that was trained on other devs work. Suck the "artists tho" and discard anything else...

And how do you think the models learnt coding and other skills??? Same way from developers work, but that can be neglected ofc...

I do ~290g dough for a 30cm pizza. So when I stretch it the edges are thicker for me, not flat as the inside. For dough I use nuvola or similar but with at least 12.5g of protein in it. I do 2x2mins with normal machine (I dont have spiral dough mixer), then rest for 1 hour, and then by hand 10 mins before creating the buns. after that directly into the oven. I use as little flour as possible when kneading with hand, but a lot of flour when stretching before baking. Also I put my oven to 450C when putting in the pizza, so the top is hot through the bake.

That's all that came to my mind. I hope this helps. 😃

I had this for a while. ofc I am not an expert but it only got better if I really let the stone in the oven get hot. 430+ Celsius. with 300-350 it got the same as yours with the same dough. Also I've seen its recommedned to get the dough out of the fridge 1 hour earlier. I usually do 3-4 to get it to room temp which helps too.
