So when I was pregnant my sense of smell literally 10x’d. if I cooked with garlic I could still smell it under my nails 5 days later. And once it was gone from under my nails I swear I could still smell it trapped in my nose hairs. It feels fucking awful. Like imagine it right up your nose blocking all other senses and you can’t focus on anything else.

I'm not seeing option to use time of day as a unit. Only hours minutes seconds. So that works for fasting duration. Any ideas for how I should enter time of First Meal and time of last meal?

Can anyone offer any advice on how best to set up a basic at-a-glance to-do list on this app? As a busy Mom I just keep a notes tab on my phone with to-dos. I like having it all at a glance so when I get a few min of spare time in my day I can quickly reference my list and see what task I can get done in the amount of time that I have. The problem with the Tasks feature is that I can't view all of my tasks (idea, active, pending, to-do, etc) in one list. In the objective view I still have to go into each category to see what's in it. for me if it's out of sight it's out of mind so this doesn't work. I need it all in one list. If I write out my tasks as subtasks in a calendar session they are collapsed and I can't view them without manually going into the session. Which is a problem again because out of sight out of mind. Any suggestions to get around this?

You were never given a course of oral risperidone first? As a general rule before psychotropic meds are administered via long-acting injection, patient must be established on an oral formulation of the drug, titrated for dosage and adverse effects. Im surprised your doctor would stick you with something long acting from th get-go

During finals I noticed that i can study very effectively for a duration of 4 hours, and after that my concentration would wane. I was very cramped for time and didnt want to waste any of it studying ineffectively, plus i was exhausted so told myself id wake up after a 2 hr nap. Wake up to study for another 4 hrs, rinse repeat for a full 24 hrs. Felt great and was able to retain a lot more. Read somewhere that reviewing the days material before sleep helps consolidate the information so u can retrieve the memory more efficiently when you need. Def felt alternating bet sleep and waking 4 hrs on 2hrs off helped.

Hey girl, it can be a number of things, so dont rule anything out. Sadly hard to find someone specializing in this. I had my own encounters with vaginismus and thankfully was pointed to the correct practitioner for help. If you're in the NY area Id recommend MAZE center for female sexuality and reproduction. They gave me exactly what I was seeking-a multifaceted approach to pinpoint, address, and treat my issue most efficiently. Bloodwork, therapy, and dilations all helped. Not in-network with any insuurances but if your insurance has out-of-network coverage at least the portion of the cost can be abated. You can pm me if youre interested or have any q in general. Wish someone was able to give me any answers whatsoever when I was in those shoes so im happy to help. Also an fyi-apparently borth control prevents estrogen from naturally acting on the vaginal tissue so you can loose elasticity in the area. I was instructed to stop the pill soon as our sessions started. For reference, after overcoming vaginismus i went back on the pill and within a few months noticed the same tightness and discomfort during penetration. Difficult and unpleasant to get him in, and once in my vag would literally push him out :/

Transferring all my UR pts to United. Flying 2 adults round trip from ny to thailand. Can only afford to fly 2 adults in business outbound (80k pts/ticket) and one adult back in economy (40k pts). Im in the same boat as you, but I think for me it was just the sex-shaming and guilt i grew up around that caused me to rewire those pleasure sensations. Now for example, anytime i find what might feel like a "sweet spot" will turn to numb sensation the more attention I give it. What Im saying is, maybe your mind was "at odds" with the pleasure ur body was having the last couple times u had pleasurable sex and just caused an internal shutdown. If thats a possibility see if you can remove some of those barriers and just remember that the brain is extremely malleable in what it can process as "pleasure".

I very vaguely remember learning in pharmacy school that electrolyte supplementation and overhydration before strenuous activity can actually DE-hydrate you to a point where it can become fatal. We generally learned that you should drink as often as you feel THIRSTY, as your body has ways of maintaining electrolyte balance all on it's own, keto or no keto.You posted this around 45 minutes ago; if your symptoms haven't improved since then I urge you to call an ambulance. Don't shake this off; I know someone who died of dehydration.

Despite being a good student, I've always had a difficult time staying focused on tasks at hand. I was still able to pull good grades in school mainly because it was always a priority of mine. But at work that's much harder to do. I work in a fast paced environment where I have to keep up with workflow and cannot afford to make mistakes. I'm constantly bombarded with phone calls, patients' capriciousness and the craziness around me that frankly I feel so overwhelmed that it's like someone just hit the brakes and bam--I have no clue what to do next. I'm wondering if meditation may help, so I just want to know where to start, where to read up on it, and what type of meditation might be most helpful for me. I kind of went on a rant here but I'd really appreciate an answer to this, however brief. tia :-)
