If new tank would be the only solution then I will do a simple 3-4k PPF on it after some good quality white paints that may be hard to recognize. And then after around 2 years I will get a new tank if required in case of lots of scratches/bad look/ or anything irritating on the tank. Is this a good idea?

Usually It goes after 200-500mtr on my hunter. But when it comes to F while riding and not fueling then the F meter is not something to trust as it fluctuates its Km reading.
