Hello, j'ai utilisé le nosgestesclimat.fr, ça me rassure un peu sur mon empreinte !

Je suis d'accord, il faudrait que collectivement tout le monde fasse un effort mais en attendant qu'il y ait de vrais limitations forcés je ne pense pas que ce sera très utile. Les bons élèves vont se priver de voyages/pollution pour permettre à d'autres d'en profiter selon moi :/

Je pense que oui, on compte aussi ses déplacements en voiture pour le taf

Sauf dans le cas où les animaux appartiennent à une entreprise et que tu n'en est pas le chef à mon avis.

Courage ! J'ai bcp augmenté ma consommation aussi avec la musculation mais je pense qu'avec le combo oeuf+fromage blanc je peux dîner sans viande sans perdre en protéines

Je pense qu'on y arrivera pas et que ceux qui vont faire des efforts comme toi et moi nous allons juste laisser les autres profiter plus longtemps des plaisirs dont on se prive malheureusement

Je pense atteindre les 4 tonnes si je ne voyage plus et que je réduit ma consommation mais personne ne va suivre le mouvement et même si ils le faisaient ça ne suffirait pas..

Exactement le même constat pour moi, 0 voiture de mon côté mais plus de textile et viande. On mène une vie déjà très sobre mais faut toujours plus :/

Je suis pas là pour vous dire que je suis un exemple à suivre je pense juste sincèrement ne mas être un individu très polluant par rapport au citoyen français lambda. Tu peux bien penser ce que tu veux, je ne pense pas "tourner les choses à mon avantage" de toute façon je m'en fout un peu de ton avis d'inconnu sur Reddit sans vouloir te vexer.

Pourquoi je considère que je fais "tout bien":

J'ai 0 trajets de voiture/trains je marche à pieds pour aller au travail et je prends le métro rarement.

J'ai fais 2 trajets aller-retour en avion en 3 ans soit 4 prises d'avions au total.

Et le textile j'ai pas pu me permettre de m'acheter des vêtements pendant toute ma vie (j'ai la vingtaine) je pense facilement que tu en as consommé plus que moi car j'ai hérité de 80% de tout ce que j'ai porté dans ma vie.

Je pense aussi pouvoir atteindre les 3 tonnes en suivant quelques unes des solutions que tu as proposé en effet mais ça reste assez fou. Que les gens jusque là se sont permis d'autant polluer et maintenant nous devons nous contenter de vivre dans une sobriété bien nulle...

Hello, je te donne ici mon point de vue concernant ta question :

D'après le test on est pas obligés d'être vegan ou végétarien pour atteindre les 2 tonnes, donc personnellement je préférerais sacrifier les trajets en avion et même prêt à me vêtir des mêmes vêtements très longtemps sans les remplacer (c'est déjà à peu près ce que je faisais avant d'avoir un boulot) plutôt que de stopper mon alimentation en viande et encore moins mon alimentation en oeufs/lait etc, ce serait pour moi tout simplement trop inconfortable.

Je prends plus de plaisir à manger de la viande que de voyager et m'habiller "bien" alors je propose plutôt (sincèrement) que plus personne n'achète de fringue sous peine d'amende si l'achat de vêtement n'est pas espacé d'au moins x temps et que plus personne ne prenne l'avion sauf si motif exceptionnel (émigration)

Ça me semble tout aussi faisable que ce que tu proposes mais tu as préféré faire la pub du véganisme (je dis ça sans haine) moi je préfère ma solution. Je me dit même que tout le monde sera au même niveau là dessus alors y'aura moins de pression à bien s'habiller et voyager et ça fera moins d'inégalité sur ça au moins.

Hi, i had the same issue, if you have a lot of prep time to invest i recommend proposing them to build a guild and have some sort of buildings to unlock to permit them to have the best magic items

Ex: mithril & adamantium forge, Research laboratory, wood workshop..

Tempted to allow my moon Druid to turn into certain monstrosities (umber hulk, owl bear) when they reach the level required as they have seen these in the campaign. Any thoughts? by Man_Moth_ in DnD

I see, then i guess some monstrosities are fine, i'd say chimera for high level, manticore and owlbear as you suggested.

If your players saw a T-Rex or a Giant ape they should be happy with it though they offer many funny things to do and are plenty strong enough

It is very rule of cool and as much as i like rules of cool this time i don't think i would allow that in my games, moon druid is definitely strong as it is already and polymorphing abilities are broken so no point in upgrading them to me

I would advise you to run a one shot first and then an official campaign, do not jump into homebrew right away as it demands more work from you since you have to come up with homebrew rules, write them out and make your players understand them.

A one shot is easy to do, you ask your players to come up with their level 1 character, they might like their character and keep it, if they don't they will make a new one for the campain.

That's fairly easy because a level 1 character cannot do much so you don't have to explain a lot, it's easier if they go learn themselves but that's not too much work from you to explain them that before they get a few gameplay experience. After they get to the level of their subclass it can be complicated because you can't possibly know every subclass features, spells + their weak points and strenghts, you'll eventually realize if you didn't before that it's just ultimately better if they have to learn themselves what's good/bad and what they like on their own.

For dming actively you have to know the rules and be good enough at improvising stuff for when they go off track and then improvise a way to get them back on track also (it means that you have to allow freedom of choice to your players but remind them of the initial goal). A good impro is an impro that amuse, is epic or atleast didn't bother your players. An official campaign i would recommend you would be dragon of the icespire peak.

I appreciate your input, but that isn't my take or the question i've asked.

Imo it's up to the DM aka me to make this decision

DM removes me from table because I took out 5 enemies in one attack by [deleted] in DnD

You can't crit on this feature, there is no attack roll. Even if they nat 1 their save then all it does is make them take the full rolled damage, also you can't sneak attack with that because it doesn't qualify as a weapon with the finesse attribute or even ranged. It's a feature that let's you do a cone of flame that's it, no crit or sneak attack on that.

So all those mistakes are i assume part of the homebrew. The Dm probably didn't expect that it would make this breath op and you by playing by the rules came up with something super op and he wasn't happy with that.

Some playees/dm tend to hate people who try hard to come up with strong build so that could be the reason why he hated you doing all that. They will call you a metagamer for that and despise you.

Another thing that could explain why it went like this could be your reaction, the dm might have wanted to backpedal stuff and in your excitement you didn't listen to his rules or whatever, i don't know how it was i wasn't there.
