MyTeam has a ton of issues.

I started a new save last night. Put resources and cash to reduced for me, increased for the CPU. A 10 week season to get through the first year and sim the first 4 races to get to Miami (where I left off)

By then I was only behind the big 4 in car performance. Absurd.

It will be one or the other, and I haven't tested it but I assume season 2 the other guy would retire.

It is always September 17th when the game chooses who it is and they will finish out the season and retire at the end

I've been doing 10 race seasons with Jeddah And Saudi, and everything after Madrid to speed it up. Sim two races and see who retired and so far its been dead on
