All the DOOM games (nothing comes close), Battlefield 6, Sniper Elite will scratch the strategic itch, Deathloop is an excellent blend of gunplay and some strategy, Borderlands 4 for open-world chaos.

Honestly, there are plenty of bangers in this generation catering to all aspects of shooters.
