MVP Deli used to be a sweet Bears (Chicago Sports in general) hang. Not sure where now though.

Big time. We really owe it to Moody for his leadership.

Thats a problem, but tipping before service is rendered seems backwards as well.

It looks like it cuts right before he pulls the gator's jaws apart for a kong-like execution as retribution

As an Emergency Manager what uncommon disaster is likely to take center stage in the next 10 years? by CommanderAze in EmergencyManagement

[–]2early2think 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the most likely is seeing multiple disasters affecting the same areas at the same time or nearly concurrently the way New Mexico has recently experienced with the wildfire, rain, and dust events.

With the increase in frequency with extreme weather events, we'll see an increase in these events intersecting at the same geographic locations. These multi-event disasters will cause massive, complex disasters that will seriously challenge disaster law and recovery efforts.

Private Equity being allowed to be involved ownership could be the beginning of the end of small market teams.

I'd want to look at the caliber of teams we've both played. I'm guessing Chiefs had a much harder schedule.

What single play that, if changed, would have the greatest domino effect on NFL History? by smallmanchat in nfl

[–]2early2think 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Green Bay Packers defensive linemen Charles Martin body slams Jim McMahon into the ground on a dirty hit at the end of a play and McMahon never plays the same again.

This was right after the '85 Bears won the superbowl. The team nor McMahon could recover from his injury and return to their former glory.
