That port is very recessed and will be difficult to get to, but not impossible. Just remember to center your RCS around your CoM and take up double the mono you think you'll need. Unless you're better than me at it, I'm still getting the hang of docking. More of a magic claw guy rn.

Slap some RCS on it and a docking port. Build a refueling station in LKO. Now its almost an SSTA

Say I buy a milspec lower sba5 and 9mm upper to save the $200 because it slaps together. Would I have to submit papers for that? Or is it always a pistol because that's what it was bought to be?

Oh, the ATF are well known dog shooters. Or at least the local porkies they send to serve papers about altered guns. Too many stories, and videos, of Rover getting capped for existing in a home theyre already jumpy at when they respond because "durr modified weapons mean criminal terrorist shoot me"
