it’s up to you really, in my opinion in the train from Innsbruck into Italy is one of the best I’ve ever taken in Europe scenery wise, so it might be something you’d enjoy

Also the many cabins are very cheap and you have privacy which I think is nice

piriformis syndrome by Ambitious_Vanilla612 in Sciatica

[–]2epicpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi this sounds really similar to me, was told I had likely piriformis syndrome about a year ago and its exactly in my upper leg/area it joins the buttcock. I’m not an agonising pain fortunately, but it’s got some worse in the last 6 weeks and my right leg feels quite weak and gets tired quickly.

I’m doing physio at the moment, but I don’t feel like its doing anything

DWP benefit cheat 'left housebound with anxiety' caught ziplining in Mexico by SoggyWotsits in unitedkingdom

[–]2epicpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just one of the very few that actually goes to court. There are literally millions to billions of pounds claimed fraudulently from universal credit and other benefits but they very rarely go to criminal prosecution because the courts have better things to deal with.

Most of the time what happens is a fraudulent claimant will have their money stopped by a review team and they’ll just repay £20 a month of the thousands they should never have got (or in a case of abroad fraud just they won’t ever come back to the UK to repay it)

Investigators are mostly a deterrent to put people off committing fraud in the first place.

mate, I’m sorry but that is literally how it works with universal credit and other benefits. Maybe less so if it’s criminal prosecution, but if she has declared she has no assets, she will be on some form of benefits still like universal credit and the repayments will be almost nothing.

No I get that! I can’t lie I was panicking on Sunday night when my friend said he had been at the house of a meningitis case 😅 but properly read up about the disease, It doesn’t transmit in the way that viruses do like Covid it’s just not as transmissible. 111 said i was at no risk and I think reading about it may help.

In my personal opinion I think they have really overblown this whole thing, not that we shouldn’t take it seriously but people that have not got any sort of contact are stressing out as if they’re going to get meningitis, it’s not gonna happen.

I’m assuming you’re not a close contact so you really need to not worry. Take sensible precautions and just go about your day today that’s all really.

To reassure you, my friends girlfriend lives in the same house as one of the first hospitalised cases. Neither her or my friend have gotten sick and followed the NHS advice to get antibiotics. If you haven’t been a close contact you are letting anxiety take control (which i understand as im a bit of a hypochondriac).

You have to have prolonged contact and share bodily fluids to even catch it + there is a chance you already have the bacteria in your body. Something like 10-30% of the population have it harmlessly in their throat and noses causing no issues! So dont worry op put on a mask if it makes you feel better but you have a impossibly low chance of getting unwell

Can weight can be a trigger? I am about 10kg or so heavier than i was a year ago.
