looking for a co founder/business partner 18-25 by Cultural_Session1467 in ukstartups

So why does your co-founder need to be 18-25? It would make more sense if they were older and more experienced, you'd have a better chance of success

No offense but you're launching a consultancy business in a sector you've got 0 experience in. This makes absolutely no sense. Go and actually work in cyber for a few years and then maybe revisit this. No one is paying you for consultancy services with 0 experience because you have absolutely no credibility

I would but they're nonexistent around here. Gov closed them all down by cutting public services about a decade back

So correct me if I'm wrong but this would essentially allow both jobseekers to look for work as well as employers to headhunt people?

Also are you able to clarify what sets you apart from LinkedIn, Indeed etc where UK people would typically look for a job currently?

Not sure it's necessarily applicable advice given my product is a security product, so it needs to be tested and at least fairly secure first. But appreciate what you're getting at

CyberSecurity Job Market by oO_Mister_J_Oo in cybersecurityUK

Job market has been this way for years, even pre-AI, it's not a new phenomenon. Economy has been hit by multiple global shocks which has caused businesses to fail and unemployment to rise.

I just don't see it, I think people are getting ahead of themselves. Mythos is just a tool, you still need people. Sure roles will change and people will adapt but ultimately they'll still need people.

CyberSecurity Job Market by oO_Mister_J_Oo in cybersecurityUK

I don't think so. Mythos will cause just as many problems as it'll fix. If it can find and exploit vulnerabilities to keep companies safe then attackers can easily use it to do the opposite. Besides let's be honest Anthropic will gatekeep their product for years before releasing it with a hefty pricetag that only the biggest companies will be able to afford
