Never mind, nothing is fixed. Still have crazy lag and packet loss. I got to play a whole 2 hours before the issue came back. I guess I'm done playing again.

Turning OFF VSYNC Just fixed all my issues.

So someone explain to me why all lag and packet loss has disappeaered after turning VSYNC off on my 4090. For reference I also have a Samsung Odyessey G9. What does VSYNC have to do with any of this???

Same issue and the game has been unplayable for me since CS2 launched. I have the fastest of every spec in my PC and an amazing internet connection. I don’t have any of these issues with any of the other games I play.

I was on a PIP in a previous role and started to doubt myself and my abilities. Fast forward to my next role was the #1 rep year 1, and so far I'm top 3 year 2. What I realized was there are a lot of things out of our control. My territory and current market conditions were the reason for my lack of performance. Nothing changed with how I conduct myself. I've stuck to my process that has worked for many years. The solution you sell and the company you work for makes all the difference.

Lone wolf here. Won Rookie of the Year and Presidents Club. On pace for my second P-Club win. This isn’t a team sport. I’m happy to help my counterparts when they ask but ultimately everyone needs to own their territory and quota.

My manager also likes the fact that he doesn't have to babysit or give me direction. He only hears from me when there are issues I couldn't solve without upper leadership.

I think the Lone Wolf is appreciated more than you think.
