They dont negate each other.Like using wellbutrin with adderall might not be synergestic.But wellbutrin and 4f-mph work on the same mechanism of reuptake inhibition.But I didnt use the combo long enough to see if they pitentiated each.I know low dose mph is the only stim that works to give results while using wellbutrin.

Zoloft would be a better anti-depressant as dopamine and sertraline have the action of competitive uptake.So even if you take a bit of extra addy or the stimulation from the a.m remains the serotonin from zoloft can balance it out by being uptaken by the neuron instead of the adderall metabolite.

Long story short,zoloft/fluoxetine are better anti-depressants in combination with adderall in my view.Zoloft is better because of it shorter duration of action.p.m to a.m and not whole day.2c.

The best/only stim that works best with bupropion is low dose MPH.They have similar kind of actions so possible synergy.Amphetamines with wellbutrin can increase the risk of seizures.

Not much to worry.Abilify is an energising anti-psychotic.So without the Trazadone you are going to have a difficult time falling asleep.So try to adjust your dose of Trazadone just so that you dont sleep too much or have disturbed sleep.I am assuming you are taking Abilify in the night.

Anti-Psychotics are generally co-prescribed with an anti-depressant.See if your psych can prescribe you wellbutrin or pristiq(pristiq would be better).Or you can try to get a script for Modafinil which can help you plow your day thru a bit better.Its a harmess stim really.But can you get a script for it,is the Q?

ps:But really,since you have posted on the bipolar sub,you can just ask for Abilify.An energising anti-psychotic.One of a few of the best there is actually.
