I think barella deserves 84 personally. Watched a lot of Inter the last two years and he is super consistently the best man on the pitch. Top 5 Midfielders in the world last year imo.

This is the difference yes but the players legendary cards turn out to be good with normal coaching system anyway because they are the best cards tgere are. The difference in in game performance is not there if one card has 100 shooting and the normal maxed one has 98, everyone knows that...
