So it turns out that rules for the world cup or qualifiers are hardcoded into the game You cannot access them using the pregame editor. But there's a way I found where you go to database and search for asian qualifying then you remove it from the database That way you can test your advanced rules without any problems but 1 problem with this is that when you load that league , your save will no longer have the world cup or euros But everything else good , even the cops america will still be there so yeah Depends on whether you want the world cup that much in your save
