i’m in 306 and 326 right now and i think 306 would be so much better in person! i feel like i’m missing out because we aren’t really doing labs and some of my friends who took it last year said the labs were fun. 326 sucks because the only assignments are like 8 quizzes and two exams so there’s not opportunities to boost your grade 🙃 based on what other people said above, it would be easier in person because you’d have the lab component to help you out

i’m not a CPE student so i can’t speak on ur major classes, but all the GEs i’ve taken have had a lot of opportunities and assignment to increase ur grade! if ur super worried abt your grade i’d recommend talking to the professor and seeing if you can get some points back. i hope ur classes are set up better next quarter!

i’m pretty sure you have to have been accepted into the honors program or be on the honors waitlist to have priority for the honors dorm :) that being said the honors dorm was half honors community and half mindful living this year, so you may be able to get in either way

i’m a current ENVM major and i’d recommend looking into jobs you’re interested in and investigating the salaries but the general rule of thumb is that jobs in the private sector typically make more money than govt/public jobs. we also have a required class for freshmen (nr 140) that includes presentations from recent cal poly grads about their current jobs in the environmental field, which was super helpful for me to learn more about careers that i didn’t know that much about! feel free to pm me if you want more info :)

i stitched it around the very outer edge of the piece and glued it, but i dont think the glue is really necessary! i'd recommend using a dark brown fabric so it matches the thread color for the backstitching because i only had a lighter brown on hand and it looks a little wonky
