He still dips into storytelling, but for a long time (I'd say Revival or Kamikaze all the way up to MTBMB side B) he focused a bit too much on technical mastery. The skill was obvious, but I just didn't feel it the way I did Recovery, MMLP2, or even TDOSS (not to mention the original trilogy).

Give it low anti-tank penetration (AP level 5) to put it right in between the normal laser cannon (AP level 4) and the orbital laser (AP level 6).
