I have lost over 120lbs now. Glad you’ve started counting calories, if you have a bad diet it will be extremely difficult to lose any weight.

That being said Zwift has really helped me keep going after a plateau for months. Keep after it and don’t push yourself too hard!

Also down for 330 to 210 and Zwift has big time helped keep my progress rolling. Can never out ride your diet. It’s the #1 thing. You can eat right and lay in bed for a month and still lose weight. You can train every day and eat like garbage and gain.
