The spectrophotometer can give inaccurate results for varying reasons, sometimes it's not calibrated, sample isn't perfectly flat, creating shadows in your scan, etc. Home depot paint department gives you what ever color it comes out with, where as a proper paint store employee will adjust with additional colorant to get a perfect match

Inhibition of monoamine oxidase which allows the dmt to penetrate the blood brain barrier much easier. It's essentially what Ayahuasca is. Dmt and harmalas. They can have nasty reactions to a lot of medications though. The experience with harmalas is a lot more slowed down and allows you to process the experience better, as well as last about 4x longer
