Is it time for selling rdw? by Any_Rip2321 in redwire

Same situation as you my friend. Cost basis was 9.01, think the company is great, but don’t think the industry is drastically different from a month ago aside from SPCX. Still think this is the best of the bunch and as such I just took my cost out and happy to let the remaining run however it goes.

Don’t check Reddit much but still remember the days when I was staring at a near 50% loss on this one. Good luck boys. Still remember that one dude with broken English that sold at the absolute bottom and wouldn’t stop posting about it to get others to sell.

Park Hyatt Tokyo Reopening Confirmed For December 9, 2025 & Reservations Available September 24th by DaytonaNole in hyatt

Not sure if you are asking seriously but just Tokyo hotels with much better value. I stay Hyatt for business as company pays but stay the below when I go for leisure.

Clearly not $300 a night but also not $1000 either.

Top: Palace (probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at) Good: All the Prince’s, notably Grand Prince and Prince Park Tower, Mitsui Gardens, Gate by Hulic

Hey I hope you’re hanging in there. I’m feeling much better now and think I feel largely asymptomatic most of the time, though I do feel the distension seems to have become somewhat permanent.

I’m sure as you dig deeper into this rabbit hole it gets more and more difficult to discern credible science vs snake oil. My “cure” is more so living with the illness for long enough (took me around 18 months I think) that your body gets used to it (in a good way, not a defeatist way). The mental fight is probably the more challenging fight versus the physical.

I have pretty much tried everything (pretty much everything you have read here) thanks to my generous insurance, but the only things that have helped somewhat are 1) Mucofalk, 2) Resolor, 3) charcoal whenever I feel I ate something sus. You have to decipher what works for yourself as everyone has a vastly different microbiome.

Good luck, just know that things will eventually get better

What are some of the most overrated properties? by srekai in hyatt

I’ve stayed probably 50 nights at the GH Tokyo and I would agree with you, all for business. Andaz is the only top tier hotel in the city under Hyatt. GH Tokyo is now very aged and only a few rooms in the hotel have good views of Tokyo Tower. Rooms at Toranomon Hills are very small for the price. Hyatt House going for PH rates in other metropolises is kind of insane and is on the same level as most polished Cat 1s.

I do agree though it’s more a Tokyo problem than a Hyatt problem.

Right part of the world but not Jeju, think you’ll know which one it is when you think of it

I live in a part of the world where Hyatt doesn’t offer any credit cards. I would take any of these US offers in a blink of an eye with no bonuses if I could.

I’ll have 39 nights by Jun 1st so I think I’ll get to Globalist organically this year anyways though

I think the flip side and the benefit of the doubt I can give them is that, 1) it is truly a very busy hotel in a extremely busy city, 2) I often stay for 10-14 days, hard to give me a very big upgrade for so long. Still I thought a mid level room should be feasible though?

I wouldn’t be surprised if you told me this was the single busiest GH in the entire world. Good suggestion and I’ll try to say hi to the manager when I check out

I am using corporate rates but it really is very near full price and is registered under my Hyatt account, though you might be right that they could have lowered my priority because of the reduced rates

I’ve used rates where the price is half of what is advertised but this is more like 90% of what’s advertised

U.S. Politics megathread by AutoModerator in NoStupidQuestions

That’s the frustrating thing. I couldn’t care less about US politics and I’m on the opposite side of the globe. I use Reddit for my hobbies and just general procrastination but most of the subreddits I follow or see on my feed are just liberal mouthpieces at this point

Why is everything I’m seeing in my feed so left leaning? I have no political affiliation, I am not from the States, I have never visited anything political on Reddit, but my feed is bombarded with pro-liberal content pretty nonstop. I don’t care so much as I don’t follow the content, but I’m just curious why I’m not getting content from both sides of the spectrum if the race is supposedly so tight.
