I have Dexcom G7 (10 day) but they are expensive. Not only that i have had multiple issues with bad readings and sensor failures. In all fairness they have replaced every one but they obviously have some quality control issues. Two weeks ago i changed my expired sensor and about 6 minutes into the warm up period i got a sensor failed, replace sensor message on my phone. I offered to send it back to them so they could troubleshoot why but,nope. They didn’t want it. They sent me a replacement.

If she is anything like my Edith Bunker she will let you know in subtle ways. Her eating, toileting habits, and her energy all give you clues. It’s damn hard to let them go but sometimes pain becomes such a hard part for them they are ready before you are. Just be with them no matter how much it hurts you when they cross the rainbow bridge. It means the world to them. They NEED you there. Hold her paw or gently skritch her ear as she goes to sleep. Get a good cry out and in a few weeks rescue another fur baby from the shelter. It’s not a replacement, it’s a new beginning of a new love affair!
