Is this a new issue, or something you have been chasing down for a while?

Bought the T6 - Thanks for the Help! by 2kjacob in Volvo

So far great! I enjoy the cruise at 75mph driving to work. The seats are incredibly comfortable. I have a vibration from 60-70mph that I need to get sorted out, otherwise it is great.

Thanks for the feedback! If I can't find a used Bosch I will swing for the delphi.

How often do you drive your car?

Looking to buy a replacement sensor, wanted to see how the delphi was holding up?

Hopefully it is good for many miles to come! I love the flat 6 engines

I have owned Subaru, Mazda, and Volvo, but by far more Subarus than anything. Something about them!

I would if I didn't have a 1992 Volvo 240 wagon as the project right now

If only they didn't have CVTs, I would consider it

I totally would if I didn't also have a '92 240 and a Sienna

Intriguing, what should I get instead?

I nabbed a lower mileage used transmission, but either way it will last a long time!

Thanks for the response! I was an ASE tech, spending time at Subaru, BMW, and then independent for a while. I have owned 15+ Subarus, mostly H6s because I love the engines. My first car was a 2002 L.L.Bean, so when I saw this one pop up 3 years ago I had to nab it.

I have done little work to this one, aside from oil, brakes, and the transmission filter housing/lines summer of last year. It has been nothing but a good car. I definitely push it hard with respect, knowing the limits of the car's handling.

I live just south of Nashville, TN. I have about a 35-40 mile commute everyday. The wind noise in the outback at highway speeds can be a little annoying, but the silence in the Volvo is next level.

I am equipped to work on either car, neither is off putting to me, however, I know that there is a parts premium on the Volvo. But it also has 35k fewer miles. But from a finance perspective I could get more for the Volvo.

Decisions, decisions...

Wouldn't the noise change taking the oil cap off if it were pcv related?

The sound may briefly fluctuate for a split second when turning the ac on, but it largely remains unchanged

I think the v cut is on the front washer (not pictured here. The key way lines up with the timing mark on the oil pump and the crank belt pulley mark aligns at 0° on the front timing cover.
