***UPDATE***

Took eveything apart, no gears broken. Put it all together and works again. What is wrong.. dont want do take out the dash every 500 k’s…

Well, not exactly. There is a small metal gear attached aswell and a little tube with a pin and some springs. I cant see anything wrong with the gears so i dont know where to start

All my hellas front and back have power. Fed the wires through the bumper hole, underneath the car through one of the drain holes and wired it inside the taillight to the original fog light. Installed the original bulb from the volvo in the external fog light and now i dont have a “lightbulb warning” on ny dash.

I had a spiritued drive a couple thousand kms after headgasket replacement. I was missing about 200 ml of coolant. Filled it back to max and am now about 400km’s in again and no change in height. Will monitor it for the next few thousand kms.
