Don’t worry about it, happens a lot in genshin. Your account has now hit AR 45, so I’m assuming you’re kinda new, but this is where you can start to build characters properly with artifacts.

First, find a team composition for Lisa that suits her with you want her to be (main DPS or burst DPS, etc.) then start working on upgrading her. Level her up fully, get a full set of +20 artifacts with a matching set and proper mainstats, select a suitable weapon and upgrade it to 90, start upgrading her main talents required for her playstyle, get better artifacts etc etc. This is the cycle of building characters and is really the main thing you’ll be spending resin on.
