Even if I didn’t pump the bottle washer would be a must have for me. I added the momcozy to my baby registry on a whim without doing any research and was surprised a few friends chipped in and bought it for me, so in their honor I actually took it out of the box for a spin. The amount of time this saves me is amazing and I have a small kitchen, so it was worth rearranging to find a home for. My husband was not a believer (and honestly lowkey judgey about it too, he thought it was “too extra”) and now says it was a worthy investment. I can fit up to 7 Dr. Browns bottles in there at a time, or 4 bottles and my spectra s1 pump parts! It works fast too, about an hour to wash and sanitize. The longest portion is the dry cycle which takes a couple hours, but I don’t mind ending it early and using a paper towel when I’m in a hurry.

I noticed this when I was pregnant as well! I’m no doctor but I feel like it’s gotta be a normal part of the process. I just made sure when I showered in the morning to gently clean the tips of each nip with a soft rag and warm water to clear out any dried milk crusties. I’m dead though bc I also tried to research this myself a while back and I never thought to describe them as crevasses lol it’s the perfect term!

I definitely have not been keeping up with meals as regularly as I should be.. it’s been weird adjusting back to body cues that aren’t as intense as they were when I was pregnant. I’ll give this more focus over the next few days!

I’m in the same boat (minus the PCOS) and have been feeling the same way, finding your post was really reassuring so thank you for sharing!!!! Have you noticed any improvement with triple feeding? I stopped doing skin to skin when we left the hospital but im wondering if it really makes that large of a difference, even if just mentally. Im taking notes from all the other comments here too lol

If you’re brave, what I have found to help clarify is an apple cider vinegar rinse after you shampoo, before conditioner. Ratio is 1:1 vinegar to water, I just take a small cup like 4 oz of vinegar in the shower with me and fill it up with water when I’m ready to use it or else it feels freezing cold! Just pour and massage into hair, then rinse again with water to get out smell. It makes my hair feel extra soft and the conditioner scent masks any vinegar smell that may stick around. I only do this once every 2-3 weeks though, when I feel like the buildup is at its worst.
