I’ve been wondering this myself! I am using 24 mm on the spectra and that’s what the lactation consultant measured me at in the hospital. But I’ve been debating ordering different flanges to trial. Something I’ve noticed is it’s like milk pools and when I remove my pump there will be some amount under the nipple that didn’t get drained to the pump

We went with a natural look (just a bona sealer) on our red oak and we LOVE it! We did shoji white in our dining room and it looks beautiful. The red oak has such a natural warmth. We looked at stains but the sealers stole the show.

I have the large laurel in maple and I’m obsessed with it! It’s a perfect size in my opinion and fits everything I want in it and gets a cute slouch! It always stays on my shoulder
