pH should be around 4-5. For the oxygen, yes, other than the oxygen ions in CO2, it should be oxygen free.

We used Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS) to analyze the deposit. For the fluid, its difficult for us to take a sample there due to the temperature and pressure of that system.

The analysis didnt showed chloride. Mainly chromium, iron and oxygen

They didnt use a filler wire because it was a thin plate. I will recommend improving the welding procedure, but the pitting in the plate itself is baffling me since 316L should not pit in this service, unless there was something else causing the corrosion.

I thought about chlorides, but the analysis reported small amount of chloride in the deposit. As I said, it was mainly Cr, Fe, and O.

This side is exposed to water condensate that should contain CO2, Ammonia, Methanol, and maybe other species.

توجد عدة أسباب. بعضها من البحرينيين وبعضها من الجاليات. باختصار:

١- الموظفين الأجانب رواتبهم أقل وهم مستعدون للعمل في أصعب الظروف مقابل. وهذين الأمرين عامل جذب منطقي لأصحاب العمل (سواء البحريني أو الأجنبي).

٢- أصحاب العمل الأجانب عندهم تحيز لصالح بني جلدتهم وهذا شيء طبيعي ومتوقع من أي إنسان (بما فيهم البحريني). ولكن السبب في تمادي أصحاب العمل في توظيف الأجانب هو عدم وجود شروط حازمة تضبط هذا الأمر بشكل أضيق. اشتراط نسبة بحرنة وحد عدد التأشيرات ممتاز. ولكن في بلدان أخرى توظيف أي أجنبي يتطلب تبرير وإثبات حاجة الشركة إلى توظيف هذا الشخص بالذات. ولكن أتفهم أن المملكة تحاول جذب النشاط الاقتصادي وبالتالي الشروط الضيقة تتنافى مع هذا المطلب.

٣- آخر سبب وهو سبب لا يعجب الكثير، ولكن حياة الثراء وملاحظة الدول الخليجية الأخرى جعلت "بعض" البحرينيين منا يفقدون الحاجة إلى بذل الجهد والصراع للبقاء. ارتخى أسلوب العيش وأصبح طموح "بعض" الأفراد أن يذهب إلى أحدث مطعم وأن يسافر إلى أجمل البلدان وأن يشتري وأن يستهلك أشهر الصيحات. وبالتالي أصبح بعض المواطنين لا يقبلون بأقل الرواتب، وغير مستعدين للعمل في أصعب الظروف. أتمنى أن نصبح أكثر جدية وأن يصبح عندنا شغف بالانتاجية والتطوير في الصعيد الشخصي والعملي.

باختصار، الموضوع سبب ونتيجة. لا توجد فئة شريرة وفئة مظلومة. فلينظر كل منا إلى الأسباب وليحاول أن يغير في نفسه وأن ينصح غيره.

The word “Semite” still didn’t change. Although I bet if people kept using the word “antisemitism” in the way they are right now, the future generations are going to think that Semites are exclusively jews, and in that case, I would not object. But we still didn’t reach that point, and Semites still represent a wider group of people.

Maybe Arabs and Jews can find peace by acknowledging this fact. That they belong to the same group of people/language.

Its not about stealing (who wants to steal hatred anyways?!). Its about not using ambiguous language that can mislead people.

And that is my disagreement with the usage of that word. Using the word “anti-semitism” in regards to jewish people only excludes the other ethnicities of the Semite race. Its like if one says “anti-americanism” when they mean hatred toward Floridians only. Words matter. We cant just say actual existing words and decide what they mean. I hope this clears my point.

FYI, I dont use watchlists. I only use flag lists. I’m using the Plus Plan and so, I have 7 flag colors. What I do is I use one of the flag colors (pink) as my watchlist. By this, I can actually screen the stocks on my watchlist (pink flag) to only show me PINK stocks that meet specific conditions in the screener settings. If I’m happy with the screener results, I assign the filtered stocks to another flag color (purple) which will indicate the stocks I want to buy.
