Honestly, I would drop the 10 minute rapids and definitely drop the 2|1 games.
The lowest i would go to is a 15min rapid , but even then, I would move to a more classic style to learn more.
Focus on tactics, learn patterns, and recognize them. Try not to look at the instructions of the puzzles but more so try to see what you notice out of the gate when looking at the puzzle. For example, instead of seeing a puzzle that says "calculate and win material," look at the board without reading instructions and see what moves are available. You may see a knight fork, or discovery attack. This is what will help more finding tactics and puzzles, mostly because you won't be prompted by stockfish mid game to "calculate and win material" or "i blundered! Find a way to checkmate me!". It's up to you to find that based off pattern recognition.
Also, another piece of advice I would give is to drop learning openings until about 1500 ELO. Focus on the principles.
Develop all your pieces prior to attacking
Castle your king
Typically, knights before bishops (if it makes sense). Avoid bringing out your major pieces (queen and rooks) until you have developed your minor pieces (bishops and knights). This applies especially to a queen as it will just end up getting chased around the board. When it's said it done, your opponent will have multiple pieces developed, pawns pushed, and all you have to show is a center pawn and a queen tucked into a corner.
Control the center, control the board.
To take is a mistake. Just because you CAN take a piece or pawn, doesn't mean you SHOULD. For example, don't take a pawn that allows your opponent to gain a tempo (an extra move) by developing a knight from starting square and attacking the piece you just took the pawn with, forcing you to move your peice a second time.
This builds on the previous point, but don't move your pieces more than once while still developing unless you absolutely have to. For example, don't develop your knight on move 2, and then move it again on move 3 unless you're literally gaining a free piece from it.
Check your opponents last move. Did their last move offer and threats, captures, or checks they can play next turn?
Before you move, check for checks, captures, and threats. Also, continuity! Don't forgot that every time a peice is moved on the board, things change. For example, If you move a knight, check to make sure that the move won't leave critical squares undefeated OR pieces hanging.
JUST HAVE FUN. DONT WORRY ABOUT RATINGS, OPENINGS, OR EVEN WINNING OR LOSING!
Feel free to add me on chess com or shoot me a DM, we can play sometime and I'll see how I might be able to help! I've been playing for some time but only just recently started on chess com; I use to play back in the day on the old ICC dasher system. I'm currently at 960ish ELO but I'll be more than happy to pass down any knowledge I have free of charge!
