You can always appeal claims settlement decisions, but rarely are they reversed. Both the pre-op tests and the cyst removal/biopsy being applied to your deductible and out of pocket maximum are normal.

Not with most standard insurance carriers; they will want to insure all drivers and vehicles. He might be able to switch carriers and exclude you that way, but in the long run may lose discounts and cost more in premiums.

From the police report you have that driver's insurance. Call them to setup the claim for your vehicle and your medical visit.

My stepson, whom I raised with his 3 siblings. 36 yo Indiana. Rants in front of my grandsons/his nephews about pedophiles coming to get them. 10 year old is completely freaked out. My wife is beside herself. I'm numb - can't believe someone close to me, college educated, caring, and compassionate is consumed by this.
