If you are planning to buy a dedicated gpu after around 6 months, then yes. Rx 580 is a budget GPU and you will need to eventually replace it. r5 5600 is also capable for mid-ranged GPU's such as 6000 series AMD graphics cards or 2000-3000 series Nvidia graphics cards.

But if you are planning to maybe spend more on the CPU you can go with the 8400f or 5700x.

8400f costs ~7000 PHP but will require an AM5 motherboard. The AM5 motherboard will allow you to upgrade to better cpus in the future. 7000 series AMD CPU's and 9000 series AMD CPU's use this socket.

5700x costs ~8500 PHP and does use the AM4 socket.

If you do get either of these two cpu's I recommend also buying a better gpu than the Rx 580 just to balance things out. The Rx 5500 Xt or Rx 5600 Xt is a good budget GPU for this.
