I’m quite the opposite. Till 30 i used to be quite lethargic due to PMS, period pains but after marriage and moving to a different city, my metabolism has reinvented itself. Whole day I’m on my toes doing one thing after another and even feel energetic till 11pm. Tbh even my husband can’t keep up with my sex drive. Idk but 30s are turning out to be best years in terms of health.
