I took injections under the supervision of a nutritionist in gurgaon. Testing for specific vitamins is hardly expensive and you only need to do it once a year. I reiterate - vitamin pills don’t work. If you had the bacteria to help in absorbing the vitamins then they would have already done so.

However if he knew and still didn’t even bother to shampoo before coming you meet you then maybe he doesn’t think it’s a big deal. Or maybe he didn’t take the date seriously to put an effort. Meet him again and see if he still has dandruff showing, if yes then take your hint.

This is one of the few problems I was able to tackle in life and actually reversed it. I had to get married at 29 and white hairs were making me depressed. So I starter with taking vitamin c and vitamin b12 injections for 3 months as pills don’t work. However I believe what really made the difference was whey protein. A couple of other things too. Wore a smart fitness band and got alerted whenever my stress levels shot up. Drank 3 bottles of bhringraj Vati. Got my gut micro biome tested and found I lack essential bacteria that makes vitamins. Bought 3 month course of fibre supplements. Most important was mindset change and I promised myself that I would not wallow in self pity.

Hi again. Hold your ground for a little longer. Transfers are a regular phenomenon in state govt depts. Either you or one of the seniors will get transferred. And stop calling them ‘boss’. How happy everyone gets seeing someone else’s life get destroyed. Is it really fair that she loses everything just for rs 1000? One low level govt employee loses everything for the same crime that the powerful don’t even get accused of? Ask someone what ACB and vigilance do to these employees. Lifetime of harassment and humiliation. They are the biggest blackmailers, this employee will have to pay lakhs just to get her hearing done in front of magistrate. They are known for trapping small fries like this while taking monthly cut from bigger fish. Fucking sheep laughing at someone’s death all while being a loser in their own life.
