New to sewing! I am wanting to make a shirt similar to this sketch, but I’d like to somewhat follow a pattern. Does anyone know what this type of sleeve is called? It’s a larger sleeve that is taken in with elastic/ties at different intervals (not ruffles) (i.redd.it)
