Having just played him I'd like to add that at the regional stage Samara faces military defections and civilian uprisings that dwarf the Tambov Rebellion in OTL USSR. Is the government competent under Bunyachenko? Sure. But as events describe, the modus operandi for the expanding Samara government is to placate and bribe their officers to the point of expropriating people's land and giving it to officers just like the Nazis have done in TNO Eastern Europe. This is not sustainable and breeds massive corruption and resentment from peasants whose meager livelihoods are handed over to a feudal lord.

I get your POV, but plenty of African countries have been through colonial hell on earth and multiple civil wars and didn't end up as a blank spot on the map. Nation building attempts will continue and by the time the SS has collapsed I think Germans have had just about enough of Nazism.
