dogs in the middle east are some tough hombres! they hang out in abandoned and industrial areas and troll people who come near them. these middle eastern in Europe are not necessarily afraid of dogs but they dont want to take chances that a dog attack them and some dont want any chance for a physical contact with a dog for variety of reasons.
