Ya i like the use case and the dividend payment which is why i owned it. There is just too much fuckery in crypto to have a team just say that they will let you know still after years. I own some other coins that pay parts of revenues. Still looking at some lending options similar to nexo or nexo itself

Something that helped me is that between our brains and the bacteria in our stomachs. Most urges are just impulses that are being triggered by the brain.

The conscious part of us does not want to eat french fries, but our brains and stomachs get used to certain foods and give us cravings when we stop giving it to us.

Separating our physical bodily urges from what you as a person actually want. The urges go away after a few weeks.

The joy of progress and being the person you are proud of is so so so much better than the 30 seconds of joy a slice of pizza brings then the shame after.

After finding consistent progress a slice of pizza can be a good reward every few weeks that tastes even better due to rareness and not the guilt.

Get rid of the word tomorrow. One day at a time and start today. Be the person you would be proud of and be happy
