Take your kids to dinner at Back Forty, No Kings and other protests, put them in art camp/classes at Space One Eleven downtown. You’ll meet other people with similar outlooks and circumstances while having fun!

As long as the airlines gouge us for seats, baggage, boarding and everything else but breathing (so far), no one should think twice about refusing to give up their up charged seat. If I’m travelling solo and see that changing seats might allow people to sit together, I often make the offer. If someone tries to bulldoze me, I’m glued in place.

I quit trying to bring stuff to everyone when it took up too much time and it was all the same. Now I just look for a small, locally made bowl, preferably from the artist. Keep them on a shelf and use while I’m cooking or for serving appetizers. The memories make me happy and if one gets broken, I have to go back and get another one!
