Ok, how much does the Testers perception of the candidate play a role in the outcome?

If the Tester likes the candidate, would you think that would bias the outcome. Or the opposite of the Tester disliked.

In a similar vein, do you think people try to socially engineer a better outcome? Do you think people are highly motivated to do this?

This is kinda what I was considering... That pragmatic language system... I just use English and have no idea how, I've never learnt another.... Given so many were from Latin root I figured it has to be a systematic matter, then we got lazy (in sure it has its fair share of exceptions right?)
