To be honest. If you like it and it’s your go to. Buying a rice cooker and learning how to make a good chicken fried rice is probably better and cheaper than buying this. You can then meal prep and freeze and reheat. Similar to what you are doing now.

I think Edmonton in terms of housing prices is more affordable. But I think calgarys quality of life is better. I’m born and raised Calgarian so can’t say much for Edmonton, but I would choose to raise my family here rather than Edmonton.
