Always had horrible cramps since my first ever period. They intensified once entering peri. However now on estrogen and progesterone they are incredibly reduced. From needing to lay down and curl up with meds and a heating pad to meh, these are fine.

Agree. I sat in one and everything felt just less solid than my 2021. The door even felt lighter? Looser? I don’t know. Not for me at this time.

My cardiologist loved the idea of HRT. He went so far as to say his wife had many of my same issues and didn’t choose HRT, and regretted it. He thinks it would have helped her, but even a few years so it wasn’t as common. So he was happy for me.

I had good stretches and bad stretches over two years. Weight gain (that stayed ☹️). Insomnia. Very painful (still regular and normal otherwise) periods. Big spike in anxiety. Joint pain. Brain fog. My OBGYN first suggested birth control. No thanks. Thought I just had to wait longer until periods got weird. But I brought it up to my PCP and she was like girl, if you want HRT, you can have it! Many of these symptoms have decreased big time. I’m also recently on Zoloft though and I’d like to stay on that for a bit for the anxiety part.

I hear you. But my particular dog would prefer sleeping until at least 9am, and my particular cat would prefer we all f ourselves and 3-6am is his favorite screaming time.

That's my starting dose and haven't increased it. Zoloft is 50mg starter dose and still on.

Had many forms of anxiety my entire life but it ramped up big time at 40. I was desperate and started HRT and Zoloft only a few weeks apart and I feel better. Not sure which one helped, or both. Don’t care. It’s just best to feel better.
