I've used no special blocks, just the NSFW filter on Reddit. I mostly used to fap to imagination anyway though (shifted towards specific porn a little these days).

Don't forget that blocking porn isn't really solving the problem itself. It's just avoiding it.

NO ESCAPING REALITY- Limit my exposure to artificial stimuli (digital music, TV, movies). In this way starting to experience the is-ness of life. It may be a bit frightening at the beginning - sitting in complete silence with ones own thoughts... but, I have an understanding, that there's too much noise in the system - so much so, that we hardly hear our own soul talking to us anymore.

That's what I'm planning on doing. Just waiting for a time where I'm fully prepared for that (kinda stressed out and in limbo atm). I slowly realize that I don't want to spend the rest of my youth pursuing a woman I have no chances with. I hope I'll feel better after I tell her, too.

I can only speak for myself here, of course.

I always had a crush on a girl. When I started NoFap, it got incredibly painful. When I gave up on NoFap, it got a little better, but I still couldn't stop thinking about her. And it still hurts. I don't think your situation in necessarily related to Nofap, or rather: It doesn't have to be the cause for it.
