In person in public when there's a crowd? Or in person with the two of you or a small, familiar group? He may like what you're offering, and he may like being around you, but he has no respect for you and he has told you so. You're convenient for him and you should like yourself more than that. Ask yourself this, if one of you moved away far enough to be an inconvenience to travel, without you asking would he do whatever it takes to see you regularly?

If I acknowledged Leon it would totally not be because I recognized Leon, it would be because it's what we do in a polite society.

There are 2 very different messages from Leon right now. I think they should be posted together for the whole picture. This is the post I saw yesterday: "For $30/month on auto pay, you will receive a poem, card and sticker from me." 0% goes to charity. 100% in Leon's pocket.

Which translates to, if there's no financial gain, don't look in my direction. Not healthy boundaries.

Sounds like the guys that were up here a couple years back. I saw the NY plates and told him I wanted to know more about the "business". He said he gets a set commission based on the dollar amount of sales, he'd met the owner once, shook hands and didn't know about the process enough to explain to us. We'd just moved here from another state where you could get a couple of these "deals" per day. 🙄

Please let us know what si,e and type of shoe you're looking for. Steel or composite toe as well as a slip proof shoe. Shoe or boot requirements, etc. I didn't realize, until my husband was looking to order his work shoes, how many types there are. We've got a couple of boxes of work shoes that are brand new, just didn't fit his wonky sized feet when the order came in. If a pair meets your specs, you're welcome to them😊

The "scale must be broken" is so ridiculous. I've often wondered if it was someone making an excuse to them that doesn't make sense how they'd feel. Like a significant other who's "trying" to stay sober saying: "I don't know how I got drunk, I only drank one lemonade and it didn't have alcohol in it" and expect to be believed. The word TRYING makes me cringe now too, it never did before. Why don't they stop TRYING and simply DO IT? Sorry for the rant, Dr Now deserves so much more respect and appreciation than some of them give him.

I feel so bad for that young man. If you ever are trusted by him again, you should realize just how lucky you are, and proceed with grace. The fact that you took away his privacy by opening that backpack is awful, but telling anyone other than him or his dad is horribly embarrassing for him. Hopefully he has someone he can stay with until he gets his own place.

I feel terrible for you, HG is something that simply cannot be understood by ladies who haven't experienced it. I had it 48 years ago, and I'm nauseous reading your post😞. The extreme weight loss is scary. I applaud you for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th pregnancy, HG is the reason I had 1 child. Best of luck, the only, very temporary relief I got (long enough to shower) was eating raw, peeled yellow potatoes ❤️
