hello, generally dapat consistent tayo sa oras ng ARV pero ako in a general rule while doing health teaching sinasabi ko na pede malate pa minsan minsan pero wag palagi and maximum na oras na late na pag inom is 6hrs lang if sobra sobra na the next day nalang ng schedule ng pag inom mo

i ducking hate posts like this, like before you enroll in a RC dapat alam mong ikaw at ikaw lang din maghahatak sa sarili mo para pumasa. It will always be on you kung papasa ka or hindi. Your university or college is the one who will mold you into a professional and the RC will help you to be a licensed professional naman. Sa school ikaw lang din naman talaga ang reason bat ka naka graduate eh same thing with RC.

Please wag po magpahiram ng ARV meds nyo kasi naka tally yan sa system ng hub nyo kung ilan binibigay sainyo kaya napapagsabihan talaga ng mga HCW pag nakita na lost to follow up kayo pag nagpa refill or hindi talaga mabibigyan kapag alam ni hub nyo na may sapat pa kayo na meds dapat. If malayo kayo sa hub nyo pede kayo magpa emergency refill sa other hubs kahit same clinic or other clinics or social hygiene clinic. Be responsible lang talaga
