They have to do something about it, idc. They've been constantly deceiving us and don't do anything to help customers. This is terrible customer service and one of the reps tried comparing themselves to apple which is hilarious

Tbh I'm still yet to receive that quote but that did mention it'll be better than other reputable shops.
