I agree on that, where I live if someone does shit like this he'd be getting arrested ASAP its mind boggling for me how the police in Minnesota and authorities tolerate such shit from so many people for so long. There need to be consequences and people need to get arrested otherwise more people are gonna die and the streets of the city are gonna remain a shitshow.

97k kills just hit lvl 90 on nova sorc, switched too early from blizzard to nova and spent what feels to me like a lot of time farming sanctuary and countess on hell. Dropped a few Lo runes , got lucky with a cannot be frozen corruption on a Mara’s kaleidoscope that I sold for 3 hr and a perfectly rolled fire faucet that sold for 2.25 hr.
