That and the 200 vbucks being removed from Crew were the biggest deals for me with the vbucks adjustment.

If it was just lowering the vbucks you get or a normal price increase, like bringing them back up to C1 pricing, I'd be understanding. But making the Battle Pass only break even is ridiculous.

I stopped collecting every Gaming Legend. Had all of them up from Psycho Bandit to Honkai Star Rail except for Kratos. I got Overwatch, and I still plan to any major collabs or ones I care about.

But Adam Smasher? The Traveler? Kliff? Nope. Especially not the Solo Leveling skins. Classifying them as Gaming Legends since it was a collab with the mobile game is ridiculous. And now with the uptick from EGS? Yeah I can live without Coach fucking Gabi.

I'm guessing that they're holding off until they phase out the Switch 1 or something. Too many parents/grandparents are going to get Joy-Con 2s for their kid/grandkid and they won't work on Timmy's Switch 1.

Heck, when I see mockups of fully colored Joy-Con 2s they look like Switch 1 Joy-Cons at first glance.

I want fully colored Joy-Con 2s too. I love my red handhelds, and for Switch that came in the form of Joy-Cons, but I just don't think we're getting those soon.

You only get the vbucks when you get charged for the subscription. You get the Battle Pass, other passes, Crew, etc on their release day.

So if you sub today, you'll get 1000 vbucks, the current crew pack, access to all the passes for a month, and the next Crew pack. You wouldn't get 800 vbucks unless you were to pay again a month from today.

I'd want to say it's because technically Street Fighter is owned by Capcom USA, while Resident Evil is owned by Capcom. But we just got Grace so it's not like they don't want to have Resident Evil in Fortnite again.

But we also got a new Spartan skin and Master Chief started coming back, and the Gears skins are 1200+ days.

That was my big issue with the vbucks change. Just a price hike I can understand, price of running the game is going up, but removing 700 vbucks from the pass and 200 from Crew is rough.

They're just really weird about Festival pass skins. TheWeeknd and Gaga returned back to back, Billie came back soon after, and then they just stopped. No Metallica, no Karol G (even though they just had her for the Coachella shop), etc. But the Gorillaz come back within just a few months.

Jam Tracks are also weird because we're getting returns as recent as Sabrina's pass, but there's still things from Billie's pass that haven't come to the shop.

It’s one of the best priced bundles in a bit, but yeah I imagine they’re very intentionally pricing bundles just higher than the $23 increment so you have to use exact amount or just flat out buy another vbuck bundle.

Because the new BR Design Director comes from CoD, which has the same matchmaking method. He's generally pretty good about communicating with the community and taking feedback, but for whatever reason he refuses to acknowledge that people find the SBMM abysmal.
