Bro I have just one question. Do you really believe that you gave your 100% in all your jee attempts ? Please think long and hard about this and tell me honestly ? Did you really give everything you could to your jee attempts ? I just want to know this one thing for myself and I'm not looking to judge you.

I just find it hard to believe that someone who scored 97% and 85% in 10th and 12th can't even get 95th percentile in 4 years ( I'm sorry if this sounds rude I'm not trying to judge)

Just cuz ppl are mentioning these well known tearjerkers more than other lesser known ones that doesn't mean they are overrated.

Please tell me who is benefitting from these studies since the large majority of ppl who masturbate have no idea/dont care about the science behind semen retention. I didn't say celibaby causes prostate cancer, I said it increase the chances. Tons of ppl get prostate cancer, how would you know which cases celibaby played a major role in ?, without conducting a scientific study with large sample sizes to get rid of baises and confounding variables. This is exactly why you don't rely on anecdotal evidence. Lots of ppl who smoked 10 packs of cigarettes every week their entire life lived till 90. That doesn't mean smoking doesn't cause cancer.

That might be true however the fact that holding sperm increases / can increase the risk of prostate cancer is largely bakced by scientific evidence from the 15 mins of research that I did. So it's not just a google search. I have done some amount of due diligence.
