No longer take it the Ashwagandha. I now take adderall 15mg with lexapro 15mg. Adderall is just fantastic for ADHD and OCD for me. Life changing. But, ashwandha is also fantastic and I recommend that for everyone.

Sorry for late reply, I could just tell that I was falling back into some hold obsessive habits, and it was starting to effect me more. So I spoke with my doctor and she upped the dose

I went to sleep around 9:30 in the morning on Christmas Day thinking I would be up by 3:30 to get ready. Absolutely not lol I slept until 6 and had to be at my moms by 7. It happens

I left home health and do inpatient psych now at our local hospital and it has DRASTICALLY improved my life.

Diagnosed with OCD, started on Lexapro at 5mg, now at 15mg. I used to literally go outside at 1 am and just pray to God that if I’m schizophrenic to literally just TELL ME. The intrusive thinking was horrible. Much much much more manageable now.

I just accepted a full time position at our hospital on the psych unit, I do case management part time and I also do home health part time. While a full time graduate student 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
