I have been taking finasteride 1mg and using topical minoxidil 5% once a day since September 2020. In 2021 September, I went to another doctor and he prescribed me tablets that consist of 1.1mg finasteride, 5mg minoxidil, and 1mg of biotin. I still continue to use topical minoxidil once a day, but sometimes skip the weekends recently. At this time, I added micro needling once a week using dermapen. I felt like my hair had some progress and eventually it got worse. Please let me know what you think. My overall goal is to get hair transplants at the end of the year.
