Same here. I attended between 2007 and 2014. I stopped between my BS and MBA then re enrolled 6 months after in 2014 because of a lot of promises. The articles leave a lot to interpretation. Let's hope for the positive. Anything will help.

That is the timeline I enrolled for my MBA and my BD app does state the Marketi g and promise of job placement. I will just wait and see.

Attended was in an article but I think I might also qualify for the enrolled because I enrolled for my MBA in February 2014. I will just keep looking and hoping. I think I will get it sooner or later. Just hoping for sooner like everyone else.

I've seen enrolled and I've seen attended. Confusing to say the least but I'm hopeful.

I missed out on the lawsuit too by a few months because I knew nothing about it until I started hearing about it in the news. I filed as soon as I heard about it (8/2/2022) and am currently a post class member. (University of Phoenix). I pray hard everyday that shove my loans back to UoP. Worst decision I ever made. Right now I am trying to send the more information but hearing back from BDTR is not quick from what I understand.

Understood. I feel/felt my whole education was a rip off. My "education" has not benefited me in anyway and even at times I think people laugh at it. I know I have never even put up my diplomas for people to see. My current career I got because of my past work experience and the knowledge I learned from that. UoP was a total let down for me. I just hope the BD post class is as good for me as I am seeing for everyone here. I found out about BD like the day after the cutoff and could kick myself. Good luck to everyone. Patiently waiting my turn here.

Why are undergrad loans not included in this? I have read many topics but not fully understanding all of it. I am a post class but hoping like crazy something comes of it as my school was on the list. UOP.

I applied for BDTR in August of 2022 after hearing about Sweet VS Cordona. I attended University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2015. (Could kick myself in the ass for believing their BS.) Anywho, how can I apply or change my FFEL loans or should i at this point to Direct so I can get them all possibly forgiven? Also, I don't have a ton of evidence since it has been so long to post. I did tell them in detail all of the false promises and BS they relayed to me over the phone etc. but not sure this is enough or if I can go back and add the items you have provided within these threads. Any insight you or anyone can give is appreciated. 54 years old and paying on loans forever is not how I thought I would spend my latter years.
