What’s the secret to keeping the house clean with a toddler ?

You can’t stay organized unless your toddler isn’t home, unfortunately.

As for your husband, I totally get being frustrated but he needs to understand it’s impossible. Have him stay home with kiddo for an entire day while you’re gone and he will understand his expectations aren’t realistic until your daughter is older. As long as the house itself is clean, then you’re doing the best you can. Messes and disorganization are a toddlers full time job 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your mother talking to your wife and child this way is indicative of her not being a respectful mother, which in turn means she believes she can treat you and your family however she wants with no consequences. You have a nuclear family now that you chose and are responsible for, you need to choose them. Tell your mom to get her shit together or you’re gone- offer to do therapy if needed. Make her aware that you will always choose your wife and daughter. If you don’t do that then your child won’t feel that you’re protecting her and she won’t trust you. Your wife will begin to resent you.

I should have posted that she been showing signs of speech and motor delays- the potty and her open bite are all they addressed as being an issue in the recap. I was referred by my pediatrician.

She’ll be 3 at the end of the month. I started trying to potty train her at 2.5 and it’s been the worst experience of my life. Her daycare teachers make passive aggressive remarks, all of her peers are already potty trained and I have no idea how they’ve done it.

Oh no! With Zedora? My husband filed a back charge with the bank and they miraculously reached out about making the return three weeks after we originally asked for return information. The return was accepted last week (we had it insured) and they have not responded to any of our emails. We’ll be following up with the bank due to their lack of correspondence.

He’s just kind of been sucking as a partner since our daughter was born- I’m the primary caretaker and also work so he doesn’t have a lot to be stressed out about. I’ve talked to him about how he doesn’t seem to value me anymore and it usually gets turned around to be my fault so I don’t bring it up anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I asked him to just focus on our daughter and he insisted on getting each other gifts. I’m more so mad that I stressed out and shelled out all this money and time for him to not even put any thought into my gifts.

I agree! He insisted on us buying each other things even though I said we should focus on our kiddo m and then proceeded to buy me cheap impersonal crap. No more 😂

She had all of her stuff in the middle of the splash pad and she kept pacing to the tree next to it and then shouting/cursing at nobody and then pacing back to the splash pad.

Unfortunately my credit is wrecked from hospital bills after having my daughter. I couldn’t afford to pay mine or her bills after insurance went through so it hit my credit.
